• 2011.08.25 Our paper appear in Nature. We have made the key dense IR monitoring using BOAO, CFHT, and UKIRT. Additional optical observations and analysis were made with LOAO and Lulin 1m telescopes. YU was PI of the BOAO, LOAO and CFHT programs. NCU's press release.

• 2011.08.20 Student exchange program between Saitama U and IANCU : CJC works with the HEAL of Saitama U on the high energy astrophysics.

• 2011.08.08-11 Subaru/HSC collaboration meeting@Priceton : YU attended this meeting as co-lead of SNe science working group. We also made the additional discussions on transient finding, imaging subtractions etc at the dome room (see below picture).
• 2011.08.01-05 Fermi workshop@NTHU : CJC presented the optical identification of Fermi unID sources using Fermi, Swift, Lulin, PTF data.
